You pick up 5 properties maximum and you visit them the same day; the best is 3 properties. If you select more then that, you might not remember the first one and you sill be mixt up. Take an appointment at least 48 hours before the visit to be sure to reach every landlord and give an interval of one hour between each appointments.

Your first visit must be short, about 30 minutes, to gives you a global idea of the place.

Confirm your appointment with the landlord the night before the visit to be sure that the people will be there for the visit. Don't forget if you visit a revenue property, the tenants must be advised of the visit 24 hours before, if not they have the rights to refuse to let you visit. So prevent that kind of situation and ask the landlord when you make your confirmation if he has advise the tenants and confirm the visit of the concern appartments.
