Notification deadlines

 

Within the specified deadlines, the landlord must notify the tenant in writing
that he intends to repossess the apartment when the lease is up. This notice
must include the following:
  • The date on which he wishes to repossess the apartment;
  • The name of the person he plans to accommodate there;
  • The degree of relationship with this person or the connection between the
    beneficiary and the landlord.
