A tenant receiving a repossession
notice has the following option:
- If he agrees to give
up the apartment, he must inform the landlord
in writing within one month.
- If he refuses to leave,
he also has one month after receipt of the
repossession notice to give the landlord his reply.
If the tenant does not
reply, this means he refuses to leave.
