The landlord has a month
in which to work out what seems a fair and reasonable
arrangement with the tenant.
If negotiation fails, however,
the landlord must, within this same month following
receipt of the tenant's refusal notice or expiry of the deadline
for his reply, take his
case to the Régie to show justification for his repossession request.
Within one month of receipt
of the notice from the landlord. If the tenant does not reply,
he is deemed to have refused to vacate the dwelling.
