The acceptace deadline of the promise to purchase sets a date before which the buyer cannot withdraw his promise to purchase. The notification of acceptance deadline sets a date before which acceptaion must be notified by the seller to the buyer  in order to be valid.

These deadlines are important: if not adhered to, the promise to purchase is null and void.
