The promise to purchase has common declarations and obligations:

• the choice of a notary for the signature of the act of sale
• The ajustments in respect of:
  • city taxes
  • school taxes
  • water taxes (if necessary)
  • special taxes (if necessary)
  • co-ownership expenses
  • fuel reserves
  • income and expenses relating to the immovable
• the date of the signature of the act of sale
• the  items, accessories inclusions or exclusions
