The promise to purchase contains a clause stipulating that the buyer has examined the immovable and declares that he is satisfied therewith.

In the case of an immovable held in co-ownership, the buyer specifies that he has examined:

  • the declaration of co-ownership
  • the by-laws of the immovalbe
  • the reserve fund
